On Sunday, June 30th, 2013, sixteen home cooks of different ethnic backgrounds offer you tastes of their family comfort foods at this third annual international food fair and UBC Farm fundraiser. This family-friendly event features children’s activities and musical guests.

Chef Vikram Vij was honored to be asked to collaborate with Chef Frank Gort, and the culinary team at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel, for the 4th Annual A Night of Miracles Gala benefiting BC Children’s Hospital.

A Night of Miracles is an annual, black-tie gala celebrating South Asian culture and generosity for improving child health in BC. Each year, several hundred guests are treated to an evening of fantastic food, entertainment, socializing and, most importantly, fundraising. CreativeMornings is a monthly morning gathering for creative types. Each event includes a 20 minute lecture, followed by a 20 minute group discussion. The gathering begins at 8:30am with the topic presentation starting at 9:00am and everyone taking off for work at 10am. CreativeMornings are free of charge!
